Serve members who asked to hear from you.

American Income Life works with labor unions, credit unions, and associations. Their members return a card or form asking about the benefits available to them. As a Benefits Representative, you run virtual appointments with those members, explain the no-cost benefit they’re entitled to, and present supplemental coverage where it fits.

What you’ll do

  • Run scheduled virtual appointments with union and association members
  • Explain the member’s no-cost benefit and complete the enrollment
  • Present supplemental life coverage where it fits the household
  • Keep clean records and follow the carrier’s compliance requirements
  • Stay licensed and current on the products you present

What you need

  • A state life insurance producer license — or willingness to earn one before you sell
  • Reliable internet, a quiet space, and a computer
  • Comfort holding your own schedule without supervision
  • No prior insurance experience necessary
How you’re paid. This is a 100% commission-based, 1099 independent-contractor position. There is no base salary, no hourly wage, and no guaranteed minimum income. Commissions are uncapped and include renewals on policies that remain in force. Individual results vary and depend on effort, skill, licensing, and market conditions.
